1.) First, you have to make a commitment to lose weight.
2.) Second, you have to diet and exercise to the best of your means, educating yourself along the way to what works best for YOU -- (This is not an exact science.)
3.) And third, you MUST stay in contact with members/motivators that are willing to push you to that goal when you start to lose steam! Logging your training, diet, and weight help a LOT!
Congrats on the new baby! :)
What is great about using me as a motivator is i do not know you, we live on opposite sides of the world, and i have tried many diets, and spent thousands of my currency on diets and dieticians so my knowledge comes with experience, and i have also studied NLP and other schools of psychology so it is very motivational, as well as it is absolutely Free....
